He also served as the president and general manager for the Special Teams Division of College Enterprises, Inc., before it was acquired by Blackboard in 2000. While serving in various capacities over the years, Baker visited over two hundred colleges and universities and participated directly in over seventy-five technology implementations, migrations and upgrades.
