Please note that participants from JA-SIG Member organizations in good standing receive a $75 discount off the non-member registration fee and $25 off the conference seminars.

The conference registration fee covers all of the following: admission to all conference sessions and events including three breakfasts, two luncheons, and two receptions as well as all registration materials.

Online Registration

Please fill out one registration form for each attendee. You must use the email address of the actual attendee in order for the registration to be processed correctly. You will receive an email confirmation letter at the end of the process.

Payment & Cancellation Policies
Payment for the full amount of registration fee must be made prior to or on the first day of the conference.

Payment may be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Diners Club). If you do not want to submit your credit card number over the Internet but still want to pay for the conference by credit card, complete the registration form online and then call us with your credit card number. Please note that your credit card statement will reflect that your JA-SIG conference registration fee has been charged by CONCENTRA-CMS, JA-SIG's Conference Management Company.

If you wish to pay with a purchase order, please select the "pay by check" option and then type the PO number in the "comments" box. If you prefer to pay by check, please mail a check payable to "JA-SIG" to:

All cancellations received on or before the cut off date of January 30, 2009 are eligible for a full refund of fees paid, less a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations received between March 24 and April 20 are eligible for a 50% refund of fees paid. No refunds will be issued after the April 20 deadline.
